He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kurtz and Sally Kurtz (Schroeder). He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his daughters, Madelyne Coughlin (Brian) and Emma (Michael Zerby); his grandson Aidan; his brothers, Bradley (Janet) of Marshallville, Jonathan (Christy) of Centerville and Andrew (Michele) of Huron; and his friends, Nick, Mike, Mark and Paul. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
