He was predeceased by: his parents, Robey Justice and Ruth Justice (Boggs); his wife Laura Justice (Richards); and his siblings, Norma Ray, Shirley Roberts, Barbara Kay Jones, Robey and Larry.
He is survived by: his children, Laura "Lolly" Covell (Scott) and James "Jimi" Justice, Jr.; his grandchildren, Scott B. Covell, Jr. (Sarah) and Jessica Coffey (Jonathan); his great grandchildren, Leah Coffey and Scott R. Covell; and his brother Michael "Mick" Justice (Carol). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
