He is survived by: his wife Jane Collins; his children, Colleen Foster (Roger), Mike Collins (Kelly), Tim Collins (Lisa), Scott Collins (Kim) and Joseph Collins (Debbie); and his sister Dorothy Connell. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
