He was predeceased by: his parents, Rexall William and Dora McGrew (Hinerman). He is survived by: his wife Pat McGrew; his sons, Christopher McGrew and Kevin McGrew (Kelli); his grandson Brian McGrew; his great grandchildren, Emma and Lilly; and his brother David McGrew.
At a later date, services will be held in Willoughby, Ohio and in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Jack's name to the American Heart Association.
