We are sad to announce that on July 17, 2022, at the age of 94, Irene Pontones of Canal Fulton, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Irene Pontones to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her mother Sarah Siofletia (Grecu); her husband Joseph Pontones; and her siblings, Mary Bowman, Ann Campbell and John Siofletia.
She is survived by: her daughters, Julie Martin (Jim) of Uniontown and Debbie Pfeiffer (Nick) of Canton; and her grandchildren, Geoff Martin (Brooklyn), Jennifer Snow (Peter), Sarah Voican (Matt) and Amanda Hultman (Chris). She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the St. George Byzantine Catholic Church in Canton.
