It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Herbert Lee Miller of Canal Fulton, Ohio, born in Gassaway, West Virginia, who passed away on July 18, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Claude and Cleo Miller (McCumbers); his wife Kathryn Miller (Houghton); and his brothers, Bill Miller (Nancy) and Jerry Miller (Lisa).

Herb worked for World Vision from 2003 to 2006 procuring building material donations for World Vision store houses. In 2006 Herb started a non-profit ministry/business called Mountain Re-Source Center which accepts donations of semi-truckloads building materials from manufacturers.
