He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Hoffman and Mary Hoffman (Hammond). He is survived by: his wife Rae Ann Hoffman; his children, Eric Hoffman (Patricia) and Trisha Clay (Ryan); his stepchildren, Bill Holshoy and Shawna DeStefano (Jesse Stayrook); his grandchildren, Nate, Ethan, Seth Hoffman, Max Clay, Anthony, William DeStefano, Reta and Jesse Stayrook; and his sister Susan Hinton (Tom).
