It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gordon Sparling (Canal Fulton, Ohio), born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on February 27, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Sparling and Josephine Sparling; his wife Dawn Marie Sparling; and his brother-in-law Jeffrey Tiger. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Sparling-McDonald (Shannon), David Eugene Sparling, Caitrin Marie Sparling and Kiera Renee Sparling; his grandchildren, Tyler Blake Sparling, Ashley Mikayla Sparling and Elliott Elayne Thomas; and his siblings, Tamara Jean Sparling-Tiger and Stacey H. Sparling (Wendy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
