He is survived by: his children, Kelly Hawkins (Chris Hammer) and Robert Hawkins; his brother Butch Hawkins; and his grandchildren, Alexander McDonald, Miranda McDonald, Emily McDonald, Averi Hawkins and Spencer Hawkins.
