He is survived by: his wife Annalee (Simmerman); his children, Faith Green (Scott) and David Fondriest (Monica); his grandchildren, Brad Green (Nicole), Joe Green (Jenna), Meg Theil (Joe), Michaela Fondriest, Stephen Fondriest, Chandler Fondriest (Alli) and Malia Fondriest; his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Grayson, Tessa and Scarlet Green; his siblings, Jean Fondriest, Marion Karl and Ronald Fondriest; and his brother-in-law Jerry Simmerman.
