He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Smith and Ruth Smith (Eshelman). He is survived by: his wife Sally Smith (Hall); his children, Denise Kotz (Steve), Tim Smith (Yamile) and Jennifer Cerreto (Tom); his grandchildren, David Kotz (Lindsey), Haley Meisner (Alexander), Jeff Kotz, Hayden Smith, Anthony Cerreto and Marissa Cerreto; his stepgrandchildren, Briana Bobzien (Matt) and Basil Spence; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Alexandra and Matthew Bobzien.
