He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Chillik and Catherine Chillik; and his wife Patricia Maksim-Chillik. He is survived by: his daughter Amy; his son-in-law Geoff Lewis; his son Aaron Chillik; his stepsons, Nick Maksim (Andrea) and Tony Maksim; his siblings, Joanne Houck (GR), Dennis (Carol) and Bruce Chillik; his grandchildren, Maya, Bria, Mason Lewis and Jordan Chillik; and his stepgrandchildren, Drew, Ellie and Isaiah Maksim.
