He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. West and Ada West (Wise); and his former wife Sally West (Frease). He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his children, James A. West of Seattle, Deborah Loewenstein (Stewart) of Denver and David West (Ann) of Indianapolis; his stepchildren, Stacy Halton of Youngstown and Kelly Haubert (John) of Massillon; and his sister Margaret Johnson of North Canton. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
