She is survived by: her son Steve Combs (Cindy); her grandchildren, Nichole Fye, Steven Combs (Meg) and David Combs (Kelli); her great grandchildren, Cody Davis, Lincoln Combs, Violet Combs and Sebastian Combs; and her nieces and nephews, Kim Rehm (Hunter), Tamara Stephenson (Hunter), Mike and Nick Hunter.
