He is survived by: his niece Karen Melnik (Kolat); his nephew Anthony Kolat (Tony); his close friends, Andy, Marge Arendos and Diane Janecko; his nephews, Frank Jr. and Bernard; and his godson Bernard (Frank Jr.). He is also survived by Several aunts, uncles and cousins.
