He is survived by: his wife Patricia Fakner (Hierro); his children, Stephen Fakner (Pamela) of Twinsburg, Lori Castro (Frank) of Poland and Brian Fakner (Haliee Jones) of Campbell; his grandchildren, Matthew, David Fakner, Frank Michael, Jeremy Castro (Kylie Bokesch), Jonah, Gianna (Marky Cole), Nicholas, Lux Eleanor Fakner and Luca Jones; his great grandchild Kinsley Ann Fakner; his siblings, Thomas Fakner (Kimberly) of Felton, CA., Paula Michaels (Donald) of Campbell, Dr. Regina Fakner (Alan Webb) of Melbourne, FL. and Colleen Fakner of Sebring; and his pets, Max and Clifford. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws.
