She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Sr. Adams and Bernice Tipton Adams; her son Dwayne Adams; and her siblings, Mary Hayden, Leroy Adams, Jr., Willie Adams and Nathaniel Adams.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Ann Dunston of Campbell and Karlin Adams of Campbell; her grandchildren, Maliyah Turner (John), Shiontay Dunston, LaShay Dunston, Brandon Dunston, Kamarrii Adams, Jalen Adams, Karlin Adams Jr. and Keylen Adams; and her great grandchildren, Anthony Dunston, John Jr. and Tru Turner. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
