He was predeceased by: his brother David Perry; and his parents, Rocco Perry and Clara Zicardi-Perry-Chapman. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor; his sons, Roy Perry (Lori Allen) and Kevin Perry; his grandchildren, Samantha Mayer, Ashley Perry (Dan Mauch), Nicholas Perry (Jessica Wilson) and Cassandra Perry; and his great grandchildren, Max, Charlie and Julian. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to the Saint Charles Parish in lieu of flowers.
