He is survived by: his wife Sandee Harris; his sons, Chad Billec (Jenny) of Greenville, SC and Brett Billec of Campbell; his sisters, Irene Rutana of Boardman and Joann Antal of Youngstown; and his sister-in-law Rita Billec of Campbell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
