He was predeceased by: his parents, John Orlovsky and Mary Zifchak Orlovsky; his in-laws, Earle and Katherine Pfund; his siblings, Marge Masajlo, Lawr, Mike and John Orlovsky; his siblings-in-law, MaryAnn Pfund and Earle Pfund; and his granddaughter Elise Katherine Orlovsky.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his sons, Raymond (Kim) of Canfield, Steven of Northfield and Paul (Taryn) of Winter Garden, Florida; his grandchildren, Aiden, Grayson, Owen, Riley and Cambry; and his brothers, Tom (Geri) of Poland and Richard of Austintown. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
