He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Bevak and Helen Bevak (Bosak); and his brothers, John and Alfred Bevak. He is survived by: his wife Mari Ellen McCudden of Campbell; his sons, Jon-Paul Bevak of Cincinnati and Steven Bevak (Jennifer Kadilak) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and his sister Marge Suhich of Lowellville.
