He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Huzicko and Esther Huzicko (Lindsay); and his siblings, Beverly Pavelko, Loretta York and Charles Huzicko (Chucky).

He is survived by: his wife Karen Huzicko (Kramer); his children, Joseph Huzicko and Julie Bove (Louis) of New Castle, PA.; his siblings, Richard Huzicko (Penny), Kathy Kosco (Andy) and Darlene Mehle (Jim); his grandson Luciano; and his stepgrandchildren, Giovanni, Brittany, Anthony and Louis, Jr..
