He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe and Helen (Lockiec); his sisters, Sandy Valerio (Larry) and Bonnie Vavlas (Tony); his nephew Tony Vavlas; and his pet Niko.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Ango of New Castle, PA; his children, Joe of Girard, OH, Dave of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Renee Griswold (Ron) of Canfield, OH; his granddaughters, Camryn and Emily; and his close friend Mike Gonzalez. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of gifts or flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the Kidney Foundation of Ohio, Inc. or the Animal Charity Humane Society.
