He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Sweetko and Mary Sweetko (Koval); and his siblings, Beverly M. Sweetko and Stephen J. Sweetko. He is survived by: his wife Annetta Jean Crider; his children, Andrea Jeane Sweetko and Dr. John Stephen Sweetko of Poland; his brother Thomas M. Sweetko of Henderson, Nevada.; and his caregiver Erin Kerr.
