He is survived by: his wife Freda Buchner; his sons, John Richards of Boardman and Kevin Richards of Campbell; his sisters, Betty Confer and Ruth White; and his brothers-in-law, Roberto Buchner (Wendy) of Florence, S. C. and Michael Johnston (Jesse) of Martins Ferry, OH. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
