He is survived by: his parents, Dale Sallaz Jr. and Sheila Socak; his children, Haley Brooke and Ayden Michael; his granddaughter Harper Noelle; his sisters, Elaine Sallaz (John), Kayla Snyder (Austin) and Tareana Butler; and his uncle Robert "Boop" Socak. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
