She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Ledney and Helen Ledney (Kubyako); and her siblings, Ann Vavrek, Eleanor Dougherty and Michael Ledney.

She is survived by: her husband George Horodnic, Sr.; her sons, George Horodnic, Jr. (Michelle) and Dr. Robert Horodnic (Cynthia) of Gibsonia, PA; and her sister Jane Zalewski.

The family suggests memorial contributions be directed to the Orthodox Monastery of the Transformation, 321 Monastery Ln., Ellwood City, PA 16117.
