He was predeceased by: his father Paul Griffin Sr.; his granddaughter Skyle Griffin; his stepfather George Foy; his sisters, Cathy Abbey and Pam Hartshorn; his parents-in-law, Salvatore Sferra and Guilia Sferra; and his siblings-in-law, Mario, Steve, John Sferra and Barbara Sferra.
He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Silvashy Foy; his wife Maria Sferra; his sons, Mark Griffin (Brandy) of Liberty and Scott Griffin of Campbell; his grandchildren, Mya, Dante, Nicholas, Donovan and Lucas; his siblings, Cynthia Murphy (Edward), Sharlene Piper (Richard) and Paul Griffin Jr. (Amanda); and his caregiver Roseann. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews; great-nieces and great nephews.
