She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Mudryk and Barbara Pachla Mudryk; her husband Frank; her siblings, Genevieve Kozicki, Pauline Morgan, Sophia Mudryk, John, Adolph "Pepper", Joseph, Anthony "Buddy", Stanley and Frank Mudryk; and her friend Tootsie Rivera.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Frank Yanek (Michele) of North Lima and Jody Varady (Robert) of Cleveland; her granddaughters, Madison Kurtz (Daryl) of Columbiana, Darrian Chiovitti (Michael) of Canfield and Caragyn Young (Wyatt) of Columbus; and her great grandchildren, Frankie, Penelope Kurtz and Vittorio Chiovitti.
