He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Rocco and Adeline Lewis (Zarlengo); his siblings, Harry Lewis (Mary), Lester Lewis (Vivian), Benjamin Lewis, Dorothy Evans, Vincetta Rohan (Mike) and Phyllis Spagnola; and his siblings-in-law, Gloria Jean Porfilio, Robert Porfilio and Albert Yurcision.
He is survived by: his wife Angela Mary Porfilio; his children, Edward F Lewis, Jr. (Marta) of Campbell, Renee Brodeen (Richard) of Las Vegas, Nevada, Ralph Lewis of Las Vegas, Nevada and Marlene Lewis; his granddaughter Angela Lewis of Miami, Florida; his sister Shirley Lewis of Poland; his siblings-in-law, John Spagnola, Louis Porfilio, Erla Lewis, Sally Porfilio and Merceda Yurcisin; and his caregiver Sydney Hurd. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
