He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Bury and Caroline Bury (Vogrin); his wife Loretta Vrabel; his daughter Mary Pat; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Bury and James Vrabel.
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Ed Bury (Joellen) of Stow and Linda Bury of Boardman, Ohio; his grandchildren, Dr. Luke Bury (Christan), Dr. Cathleen Zignego (Peter), Madeline Fisher (Paul), Conor Bury (Ali) and Nick Bury (Andriana); his great grandchildren, Caroline, David, James, Ella, Jack Bury, Emma, Luca Zignego, Naomi and Simone Fisher; his siblings, Michael Bury (Jean), Carol Garchar (John) and Bob Bury (Susan); and his sister-in-law Carol Pezzuto. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Luke Parish (5235 South Ave, Youngstown, OH 44512). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
