She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Pavlou and Inez Wright Poulos; her son Theodore Peter; her siblings, Mary Volinchak, Millie Valentino (Louis), Linda and John (Jerry Poulos); her grandson Anthony James Cougras; and her daughter-in-law Pamela DeNiro Cougras.
She is survived by: her significant other Tony Cougras; her daughter Maria Pappas; her grandchildren, Doris Jenna Stanko (John), Jim Ciccolelli, Theodora Taylor Bodin (Jon), Elizabeth Schiraldi (Jori), Anthony Ciccolelli, Michael Theodore Cougras and Concetta Maria "Connie" Cougras; her great grandchildren, Aiana Christine, James Ryan Ciccolelli and Clara Catherine Stanko; and her sister Patty Hrusovski.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a church Sunday School Library in Doris's Memory.
