She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hoover and Geneva Hoover (Winkle); her husband Preceding; her siblings, Norma Deem, Inas Clark and Charles Hoover Jr.; her in-laws, Edna Arnold, Gene Arnold, Doris Myers, Cliff Myers, Jim Deem, Carl Clark and Bobbie Heidler; and her niece Brenda Cooper.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Cottingim (Mike), Jenny Ward (Ken) and Lisa Bertke (LJ); her grandchildren, Chris Ward (Amanda), Nathan Ward (Mary), Ryan Cottingim (Mandi Gately) and Stephanie Kennedy (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Cooper, Tate, Brenan Ward, Nolan, Ruth Ward, Scarlett and Landon Kennedy; and her brothers, William Hoover (Carolyn) and Del Hoover (Pat).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the Friends of the Camden Library (104 S Main Street, Camden, OH 45311) which will support the children's summer reading program as well as other programs.
