He was predeceased by: his parents, Edd Blevins and Berlie Blevins (Davis); his daughters, Wanda Isaacs, Loretta Bump and Aleta Rogers; and his siblings, Lucy Walls, Lola Parker, Irene Price and Howard Blevins.
He is survived by: his wife Eula Blevins; and his sons, Steve Blevins (Kathy), David Blevins (Evonne) and Doug Blevins (Jodie). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
