She was predeceased by: her parent George Baumgartner; her husband Donza Casto Stoops; her children, Mary Ellen Keel and Robert McCune; and her sister Freda Lamp.
She is survived by: her parent Edith (Beaver); her children, Franklin McCune, Tammy Johnson (Mark) of Greensboro, NC, James Keel, Bill Keel (Denise), Jane Davis (Matt) of Parkersburg, Danny Keel of Parkersburg, Herman Keel (Beverly) of Parkersburg, Jeremy Keel and Christopher Keel of Parkersburg; and her siblings, George Baumgartner and Hazel Postlewaite of Parkersburg. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
