She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Musch and Naomi I. Tapalman (Flora); and her sister Pam Combs. She is survived by: her husband James Roark; her children, Jon Roark (Sheila) and Courtney Douglass (Timothy); her grandchildren, Megan, Logan and Kendall; and her great grandchild Saige. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and other family members.
