He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ronald Kenneth and Mary Ann Cook Barclay; his wife Kimberly Wilson Barclay; his sons, Joshua Aaron Barclay (Felicia) of Parkersburg and Jacob Andrew Barclay (Amanda) of Jane Lew, WV; his sister Rhonda Ann Barclay (Greene) of Parkersburg; his grandchildren, Jodriana Lynn Barclay, Patricia Danielle Barclay and Kenadie Noelle Barclay; his nieces, Angie Ivey and Sonya Smith; his nephew Eric Greene; his great-niece Saebra Barclay-Greene; his great-nephew Max Greene; his grandparents, Archie and Bertha Cook of William Barclay; his aunt Jacqueline Cook; and also Harrison Barclay. He was also cherished by several other nieces, nephews and cousins.
