He was predeceased by: his parents, James Terry and Nellie Terry (Lambert). He is survived by: his wife Jessica Terry; his children, Benjamin Lykins (Aleigha), Mikayla Lykins, Casey Terry and Josh Jones; his sister Debra Boekel; and his father-in-law David Akers. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
