He was predeceased by: his father Rolfe Howell; his parents-in-law, Gene and Patricia Masters; and his daughter Amber Hendricks. He is survived by: his mother Myra Howell; his wife Jeana Howell; his children, Caiden McDonough, Shaunna Byrd (Jeremy), Dustin Hendricks (Amberley), Christa Marcum (Rob) and Michael Howell (Autumn); his granddaughters, Shyanne and Myah Marcum; and his brother John Howell (Annie).
