He was predeceased by: his father Joe E. Smith. He is survived by: his mother Frances Smith; his wife Sherry; his sons, Ryan (Ashley) and Zac Smith; his grandchildren, Nola and Jonah Smith; and his sisters, Sandi McCoy and Sue Mathis (Randy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
