He is survived by: his wife Ellen Logston (Waybright); his daughter Amanda Cottrell of Parkersburg; his sisters, Angela Worstell of Marietta and Loretta Smith of Parkersburg; and his grandchildren, Austin, Brayden, Jerica and Sophia Cottrell.
