He is survived by: his wife Debbie Morgerson Lay; his sons, Jeffrey Tyler Lay and Kyle Mason Lay (Mackenzie); his siblings, John Lay, Greg Lay (Robyn), Brenda Hale and BJ; and his sister-in-law Debbie Morgerson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
