She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Clifford Eugene Smith and Ruth Jean Smith (Runyon). She is survived by: her husband Bill Warfield; her daughter Elizabeth Suzanne Hovanec (Mark) of Chandler, AZ; her stepdaughters, Anne Elizabeth Warfield Kerr (Allen) of Weirton, Kristin Leigh Warfield Galmarini (Bob) of San Francisco and Jessica Lynn Warfield Waldman (Brent) of Enid, OK; her grandchildren, Hayden, Mady, Logan, Beck, Penn, Reeve, Everlee, Neve, Sheperd and Sebastian; and her siblings, Sandy Mori and Tom Smith (Cindy).
