He is survived by: his daughters, Carrie Kerby (Sayre Oberholzer), Amy Cox (David) and Lesley Hamilton-Williams (Brian); the mother of his children Linda Buchanan; his grandchildren, Alex Kerby, Lane Kerby, Grant Miller, Lee Miller, Allie Hamilton, Johnathan Hamilton and Bricen Lee Williams; his close friends, Eric Pence and Ric Shrank; and his pets, Rudy and Robot.
