She was predeceased by: her sisters, Nancy Brown and Mary Ellen McIntosh. She is survived by: her husband Jim Douglass; her children, Jimmy Jay (Karen), Andrew (Chrissy) and Michelle Moore (Doug); her siblings, Shirley Blanton (Tim) and Jack Crowe; her grandchildren, Ellen, Tabitha, Anna, Leah and Lindsey; and her sister-in-law Mary Kindle. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, families and friends.
