She was predeceased by: her parent Roy McLain; her husband Charles E. Brown; her siblings, Freda Wharton and Clyde McLain; and her sister-in-law Patricia Wiseman.
She is survived by: her parent Viola Hale McLain; her daughter Gail Gaines of Vienna; her brother-in-law Paul Dooley of Burbank, CA; her grandchildren, Barbara DeLancey of Vienna and Kimberly Haase of Parkersburg; her great grandchildren, Charli DeLancey (Devin) and Veronica Blosser (Zach); her great great grandchild Callie; and her niece Cathy Hayes. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Nemesis Shrine Transportation in memory of Ellen.
