She was predeceased by: her parent Ralph Nulter. She is survived by: her parent Zada Haught Nulter; her significant other Steve Barker; her children, Rick Fluharty of Washington State, Jessica Fluharty of Parkersburg, Alexis Duckworth of Parkersburg and Kaylee Wright of Parkersburg; her granddaughters, Kaelyn, Emma, Lakota and Lilly; and her brothers, Bob Nulter and Karl Nulter.
