He is survived by: his wife Lena Mae Buzzard (Bell); his children, Dave Buzzard (Jennifer) of Parkersburg, Dan Buzzard (Erin) of Atlanta, Rachel Flowers (Carlton Jr.) of Parkersburg and Jennifer Byrd (Kyle) of Parkersburg; and his sister Debbie Deuley (Dan) of High Point, NC.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
