He is survived by: his wife Linda Evans (Mobley); his children, David Wayne Evans (Terry) and Roxanne Cummings (Junior); his grandchildren, Athena Maly (Jim), Jason Evans (Jennifer), Jeremiah Cummings (Ricardo), Tabitha Cebelak (John) and Mark Mingee; and his brothers, Felix Evans, Jr., Ralph Evans (Pam), Herb Evans (Elaine) and Eugene Evans (Della). He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
