He is survived by: his parent Grace Dowler (Farley); his son Neil Dowler (Robin) of Washington, WV; his granddaughters, Bobbi Jo Bumgarner (Eric Ranson) of Parkersburg and Courtney Hutchins (Dan) of Marietta; his great grandchildren, Hadley, Berkley, Chloe Bumgarner, Kelton, Nate, Ryker and Phallyn Hutchins; and his great great grandchild Leena Bumgarner.
